Please make sure all the details are correct before proceed for payment.

1. Your credit card is required for payment confirmation.
2. Room rate will be charged upon confirmation.
3. Refund is applicable if there’s any error in transaction and any cancellation that need to go through our cancellation policy.
4. No changes on the check-in dates
5. Check-in time is from 3pm, and check out time is before 12 noon.

Child Policy

• Two (2) childs below 12 years old stay on complimentary basis provided sharing existing bedding with adults

Cancellation:

This is non-refundable booking

• The booking cannot be cancelled
• The booking can not be amend
• Once booking is received the hotel will charge full payment to the credit card for the whole stay.

No-Show / Shorten Stay:

• Full stay per room will be charged on your credit card for NO SHOW. 
• No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package or for shorten stay and no-show.
